When is the weekly cut-off? Every Friday at 10pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following Tuesday (week after next).

When do deliveries happen? Every Tuesday. Your order is picked fresh on Monday and packed that night.

How do I pay? Bank transfer (details shown after order), EFTPOS Online, or Afterpay. All payments must be made before 10pm Friday.

Can I subscribe to regular deliveries? Yes! You can choose weekly or fortnightly subscriptions.

Can I customise my box? Yes — choose a pre-made box or build your own. You can also add extras like eggs, bread, or bananas.

What if something is missing or not right? Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement if needed.
