Locally cold pressed avocado oil sourced from our family run Bellevue Orchard which is situated at Motutangi (just south of Houhora) on the Aupouri Peninsula.
We use surplus avocados that are cold pressed to make high quality and versatile avocado oil.
Avocado oil has anti inflammatory properties and is also a good source of the antioxidant Vitamin E. Avocado oil has a mild flavor and has a higher smoke point than most other plant based oils. Performs well for high heat cooking
